Was the July 2021 unrest, looting and violence in South Africa the effect of an electromagnetic bioweapon being used as part of a hypergame strategy? I found some interesting correlations and information which support this theory.
Cybernetics & Hypergame Theory

A metagame, known as a hypergame, occurs when one player does not know or fully understand all the strategies of a game. Hypergame theory is an extrapolation of Norbert Wiener’s foundational work in the area of Cybernetics (the science and philosophy of communication as it relates to living things and machines), building upon his ideas for systems of communication and control between machines and people. His 1950 book titled “The Human Use of Human Beings” is an accessible and expansive introduction to cybernetics.

Hypergame theory assumes that the masses are controllable by virtue that they are unaware of the greater game at play beyond their limited rulesets (as indoctrinated since birth and reinforced via the use of media propaganda and predictive programming and other forms of mass mind control). Once we become aware of the overriding game strategy and tactics, we are able to effectively alter the outcome of the greater game.

“During the late afternoon of 6 April 1994, a hail of cannon shells tore through the fuselage of a commercial airliner flying overhead central Rwanda. Several seconds later the blazing plane exploded on impact with the ground, killing President Habyarimana of Rwanda, President Ntaryamira of Burundi, and most of their senior government officials. In that fatal millisecond of time, the entire political command structure of central Africa was decapitated, leaving the way open for “Operation Crimson Mist”, the most obscene terminal mind control experiment ever mounted by the United States of America against a sovereign nation. Urged on by corrupt officialdom, Hutu tribesmen started marching on Tutsi tribesmen and threw a few rocks at them. Innocent enough at the outset, although with a few nasty machete cuts here and there. But then the C-130 Hercules made a carefully-calculated pass directly over the advancing Hutu, and they suddenly went berserk. Eyes glazed, the mood of the Hutu crowd went from simple anger to uncontrollable rage, and within minutes, hundreds of assorted Tutsi body parts were flying through the air.”

Starting in the 70’s/80’s, the WHO were found to be administering tetanus vaccines laced with HCG in Kenya, effectively creating anti-fertility vaccines which permanently sterilised an untold number of men and woman, caused spontaneous abortions, and disrupted menstrual cycles. This may also have been the first time that recombinant DNA (mRNA) vaccine technology was tested on human guinea pigs:
“In 1993, WHO announced a “birth-control vaccine” for “family planning”. Published research shows that by 1976 WHO researchers had conjugated tetanus toxoid (TT) with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) producing a “birth-control” vaccine.
Conjugating TT with hCG causes pregnancy hormones to be attacked by the immune system. Expected results are abortions in females already pregnant and/or infertility in recipients not yet impregnated. Repeated inoculations prolong infertility.
Currently WHO researchers are working on more potent anti-fertility vaccines using recombinant DNA. WHO publications show a long-range purpose to reduce population growth in unstable “less developed countries”.
By November 1993 Catholic publications appeared saying an abortifacient vaccine was being used as a tetanus prophylactic. In November 2014, the Catholic Church asserted that such a program was underway in Kenya.
Three independent Nairobi accredited biochemistry laboratories tested samples from vials of the WHO tetanus vaccine being used in March 2014 and found hCG where none should be present. In October 2014, 6 additional vials were obtained by Catholic doctors and were tested in 6 accredited laboratories. Again, hCG was found in half the samples.
Subsequently, Nairobi’s AgriQ Quest laboratory, in two sets of analyses, again found hCG in the same vaccine vials that tested positive earlier but found no hCG in 52 samples alleged by the WHO to be vials of the vaccine used in the Kenya campaign 40 with the same identifying batch numbers as the vials that tested positive for hCG.
Given that hCG was found in at least half the WHO vaccine samples known by the doctors involved in administering the vaccines to have been used in Kenya, our opinion is that the Kenya “anti-tetanus” campaign was reasonably called into question by the Kenya Catholic Doctors Association as a front for population growth reduction.”

South Africa has a dark history when it comes to vaccines being used as bioweapons.
“Project Coast was a 1980s top-secret chemical and biological weapons (CBW) program instituted by the apartheid-era government of South Africa. From 1975 onwards, the South African Defence Force (SADF) found itself embroiled in conventional battles in Angola as a result of the South African Border War.
The perception that its enemies had access to battlefield chemical and biological weapons led South Africa to begin expanding its own programme, initially as a defensive measure and to carry out research on vaccines. As the years went on, research was carried out into offensive uses of the newly found capability.
Daan Goosen, the managing director of Roodeplaat Research Laboratories between 1983 and 1986, told Tom Mangold of the BBC that Project Coast supported a project to develop a contraceptive that would have been applied clandestinely to blacks. Goosen reported that the project had developed a ‘vaccine’ for males and females and that the researchers were still searching for a means by which it could be delivered to make black people sterile without making them aware. Testimony given at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) suggested that Project Coast researchers were also looking into putting birth control substances in water supplies.”

The new world Stasi, the fact-checkers, would have us believe that Bell “misspoke” during this interview, that when he said “sterilise” he really meant “protect against the virus”. Any medical practitioner or scientist worth their salt understands the importance of using the correct terminology when communicating because “misspeaking” can mean the difference between life and death. It would have been more believable if these intrepid fact-checkers had claimed it was the mad rambling of a dementia patient.
The “Looting” of the Baghdad Museum (2003)
“…this equipment [directed microwave energy weapon] is not just deployed in large lumbering Hercules transport planes. During recent weeks, European security experts have concluded that smaller versions of Crimson Mist were recently deployed on the street of Baghdad, designed in part to augment the media propaganda line that Iraqi citizens are dangerous savages, all badly in need of direct supervision by “democratic” American authorities. One classic example of this was the “looting” of the Baghdad Museum, apparently by a crowd of undisciplined rabble, but video footage tells a very different story. To pull off this stunt the American authorities needed to assemble a crowd, managed quite easily with a promise of free food. Then they needed to place the crowd outside the museum, which again was easy because they located the free food outside the museum itself. Next up, the attention of the crowd had to be drawn to the museum itself, which was achieved in spectacular fashion by firing two 120-mm shells from an Abrams tank gun straight through the main doors.
Fine so far, but how to get them inside? The video shows two soldiers gesticulating to the crowd, urging them to go in and help themselves, thereby clearly identifying the target “Rwanda-style”. Then it starts to get really interesting! The two soldiers rapidly withdraw, leaving the Iraqis standing leaderless outside the open doors, and then CLICK, just like flicking a light switch, the entire crowd goes nuts absolutely simultaneously, which never happens in real life. In the real world there is always a leader visibly stirring up the crowd and preparing them for action, but not outside the Baghdad Museum. One second these folk are dull hungry Iraqis, next second they are instant uncontrollable maniacs streaming in though the museum doors.
It is also suspected that the same equipment was used to augment the “looting attacks” on various hospitals around central Baghdad, though this claim seems to be based as much on logic as it is on video footage. These so-called “looters” are Iraqi citizens who received essentially free health care in the hospitals under Saddam Hussein. Not only that, but their wives and children are being bombed and shot by Americans, meaning that their free hospitals are absolutely essential to them, and thus the very places they would normally defend in the first instance. Bearing this logic in mind, it seems likely that the European security experts are also correct in this claim.”

The World Health Organization reported that at least 90% of Iraqis had had at least one vaccine by the year 2000, as detailed in the report “Health in Iraq. The Current Situation, Our Vision for the Future and Areas of Work“, published in 2004:

The routine immunisation rate reported for OPV was 73%, 93.5%, 89.5% and 81.8% for the four doses respectively in 2000. For measles, the coverage rate was 78.1%. About 61% of children were regarded fully immunised in 2000 and 2.6% of children 12-23 months were not immunised.”

More than 90% of the vaccination sites were located in or near to the communities in which the vast majority of those that participated in the looting reside. Social media was used as the fire control system. The media in South Africa, ever ready to propound upon the government’s valiant efforts to vaccinate every South African, have made no mention that the vaccine was being deployed in these areas. They did, however, give a generous amount of coverage to the alleged “12 instigators” who are, in their role, reminiscent of the “corrupt officialdom” in Kigali that that urged the Hutu’s into moving on the Tutsi’s.

Some of the most violent unrest occurred in the Phoenix area outside of Durban, and in Gauteng. These locations are two of the only three in South Africa where 5G networks are apparently active (map below). The other areas where most of the mass looting occurred are covered by 3G/4G/LTE.

Graphene Oxide as an Electromagnetic Vaccine Adjuvant
Is there graphene oxide in the vaccines?
If the answer to that is yes, then discovery inevitably leads to the conclusions that…
- This fact was deliberately hidden. If its safe, why was it hidden?
- Graphene oxide is highly toxic in the human body, but also has numerous other powerful effects. Its a eugenicists’ wet dream.
- We have been systematically poisoned with GO for the past decade, worldwide.
- The vaccines are bioweapons designed for population reduction and control.
- They want to kill most of us.
If we cannot answer this question conclusively within the next few months then this could be the coming reality…
“Impfung Erfolgreich” is German for “Vaccination Successful”.
Operation Crimson Mist relied upon directed energy weapons to focus a high energy electromagnetic beam on the targeted groups. I suspect that introducing a superconducting electromagnetic adjuvant into the body and brain vastly increases the effectiveness of such weapons, and makes it possible to utilise distributed scalar energy sources, such as phased array microwave transmitters (5G and StarLink?), to significantly greater effect than what was seen in Rwanda.
The “Vaccine” Against the Black Oil
“The black oil is symbolic of the black sciences and the electromagnetic signals that are forced into those “mind controlled” or zombified by TAMI, MIND, or SATAN. The Evil Aliens in the X-Files was symbolic of the Russians or US department of defence and the timeline for takeover is a reference to the bioelectromagnetic weapons arms race we are in. I speculate that the secret vaccine that the x-files solution speaks about is a bioinformationally incoherent signal so that peoples’ brains don’t learn to interpret an EEG cloning attack signal.
The crack that the CIA sold to black neighbourhoods supposedly to fund the Nicaragua rebels served a dual purpose and that is creating a whole new generation of “psychics” to “catalogue and clone”. Crack and methamphetamines cause damage to the dopamine reuptake receptors thereby leading eventually to psychosis. As I mentioned before, amplification of electromagnetic signals occur at much lower power levels with synapses flooded with excess neurotransmitters. The Air Force documents I discovered for research into “non-lethal weapons”, was testing for neurotransmitter release under different microwave frequencies. This research is either another method of nervous system influence or they are looking for an electromagnetic way to flood the brain with neurotransmitters rather than by natural or chemical means to increase EEG cloning effectiveness.
I have not been able to validate that the Prozac craze, SRIs (serotonin reuptake inhibitors), has any effect on the increased effectiveness of TAMI or the electromagnetic influence of those neurons involved that use that neurotransmitter. However, higher levels of dopamine are very much desired for the voice to skull (synthetic telepathy) to be effective. It takes much smaller nudges electromagnetically to create word recognition or amplify thoughts.”

The same substance has subsequently been found in the Moderna vaccine, the VaxiGrip Tetra influenza vaccine (possibly all vaccines), in the masks, in the test swabs and possibly in food, rainwater, public water supplies, medical saline solutions, food packaging and cigarette filters.
Graphene oxide becomes superconducting when exposed to an electromagnetic field in the 20-40GHz range, which also happens to be the upper spectrum in which 5G and the StarLink satellite constellation operates.
