It would appear that the South African Constitution and Bill of Rights are now officially suspended, and are now less valuable than a roll of toilet paper. As of 29 March 2020, South Africans can be forcefully removed from their homes and placed into state quarantine camps if they are SUSPECTED of having COVID-19 or having been in contact with an infected individual.

These measures have allegedly been put in place because of something which, with a mortality rate of 0.1% (according to official statistics), is no more deadly than influenza.
