“During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets.Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development
Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified.
In order to protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems—from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty—leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power.”
Lock Step Scenario – Published May 2010
The above quote is taken from the May 2010 report published by the Rockerfeller Foundation under the title, Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development. A section of the report is reproduced at the end of this article. The entire document can be downloaded here. Whilst their godlike clairvoyance is impressive, the Rockerfeller Foundation seems to have overlooked a wrinkle in the narrative : Russia.
I have noticed that the lamestream media have hardly ever referenced Russia since this began – the largest country in the world, but barely a whisper from the talking heads. It’s like a hot potatoe to the NewzOmbies.
Disclaimer : I’m not endorsing everything in the article “Putin and Trump vs the New World Order” as truth, but it makes more sense to me (and even explains) the bag of eels that many of our (predominantly western) governments have dumped in our laps.
South Africa has the tentacles of both sides buried in it’s flesh. We’re deeply engaged with China economically (and by extension with their ally Russia), hence Chinese police “assisting” South African police – China is putting boots on the ground – they are protecting their interest. On the other side we have the older colonial money which has retained its foothold to date – the Oppenheimers and De Beers for example. It wouldn’t surprise me if China’s announcement in June of last year that they would be increasing their military presence in Africa wasn’t a primary trigger for the hasty implementation of the Lock Step scenario.
This narrative would perhaps begin to explain some of what, on the surface, appears to be madness on the part of the dubiously established NCC cabal within the South African government.
South Africa is the jewel of the technocratic new world. South Africa’s mineral wealth is the foundation upon which a significant chunk of modern technology is built. In the context of this article, South Africa is the bone in what is surely going to be an interesting fight to the death between two dogs, in what will soon be a starving world.
